本文以联合国教科文组织《保护非物质文化遗产公约》对于“非物质文化遗产”的定义为基础，结合赫拉克利特的“辩证法”思想、德谟克利特的“原子论”思想、约翰逊的“Gene”学说、沃森和克里克的“DNA”学说等基因理论，以及Meme（道金斯）、S-cDNA（闵家胤）、N-cDNA（李彦群）等关于“文化基因”的概念和理论，可以提出“ICH-cDNA”（非物质文化遗产文化基因，IntangibleCulturalHeritage-cultureDNA）界说，并可以通过宏观性整体基因识别、中观性基因谱系绘制、对象性基因要素解码、基因路径承递以及基于非遗文化基因的文化意识整合等，对非遗文化基因（ICH-cDNA）进行学术研究和理论假设。
