近年来,在地方各级政府的政策推动下,民宿营商环境不断优化,我国民宿产业的供给侧产能不断释放,民宿产业发展态势良好,而专业化、职业化的民宿人才供给不足。本报告通过对全国86家民宿、30位民宿行企专家开展调研,较为全面地了解我国民宿企业人力资源现状,厘清制约民宿发展的人力资源瓶颈问题以及民宿发展对人才需求的特点,并从政府层面、行业企业层面和院校层面提出对策和建议,旨在为民宿人才培养培训供给侧改革提供决策依据和支撑。
<<In recent years,driven by the policies of local governments at all levels,the homestay business environment has been continuously optimized,the supply side capacity of China’s homestay industry has been continuously released,and the development trend of homestay industry is sound,but the supply of professional and professional homestay talents is insufficient. Based on the survey of 86 homestay companies and 30 homestay industry and enterprise experts,this report has a more comprehensive understanding of the current situation of the human resources of Chinese homestay,clarified the bottleneck problems restricting the development of human resources of homestay enterprises and the characteristics of the demand for talents in the development of homestay enterprises,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the level of government,industry,enterprises and colleges. It aims to provide decision-making basis and support for the reform of the supply side of homestay talent training.
