The impact of B&B development development on the environmental living standards of residents in East and West has great regional differences. On the one hand，from the theoretical significance of B&B development on regional differences in environmental living standards and coordinated development of East and West residents，the study of regional differences based on B&B development on East and West residents expands the research perspective on the environmental impact of B&B development on residents；on the other hand，from the practical significance of B&B development on regional differences in environmental living standards of East and West residents，as the main stakeholder of B&B development，East and West residents play an important role in the sustainable development and coordinated development of B&B development. This study shows that there are significant regional differences in the impact of B&B development on the ecological life，security life，tourism development life，political life，and general life of residents in East and West China. Through the development of B&B development，the regional differences in the environmental life of residents in East and West China can be reduced，and the unbalanced development and insufficient development of B&B development in East and West China can be effectively resolved. In view of the regional differences in the environmental life of East and West residents of B&B development，this study aims at the ecological environmental life，security environmental life，tourism development environmental life，political environmental life，and general life of residents of the East and West，so as to effectively balance the environmental differences of East and West residents，make B&B development a grasp of a good life for East and West people，and contribute to the construction of a better ecological environment.
