With the deepening of the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port，positive results have been achieved in the construction of Hainan International tourism and consumption Center，especially in the scale，speed and quality of rural tourism and rural B&Bs. This report reviews the overall development pattern of rural B&Bs in Hainan，and summarizes the experience of the rural B&Bs cluster in Bohou Village，Yalong Bay，Sanya，as a development model. On this basis，it focuses on the significant promoting role and great value of institutional integration innovation for rural B&Bs in Hainan. At the same time，in view of the main problems in the development of rural B&Bs in Hainan，the author puts forward six suggestions for high-quality development of rural B&Bs in Hainan.
