This paper analyzes the different characteristics of the development of rural B&Bs，urban B&Bs and suburban B&Bs under the background of the epidemic，summarizes the high risk resistance ability of rural B&Bs，and analyzes the digital application ability of B&Bs operation and management. Finally，the article carries on the multi-dimensional analysis，research and judgment to the classification of homestay. On the whole，Zhejiang B&B has gone out of its own development characteristics，and also walks in the forefront of the country in the aspects of grade evaluation，which has a certain demonstration effect.
