本文着重梳理北京市社会企业发展现状和存在问题，分析全市社会企业类型、分布领域及典型案例等相关情况。针对其发展过程中存在的个体层面、社会层面及政府层面的主要问题，研究在深入分析的基础上给出了今后北京市培育发展社会企业的总体思路和对策建议。
<<This paper focuses on the development and problems of the social enterprises in Beijing by analyzing relevant issues such as the categories and fields they belong and typical cases. In the light of the major problems existing on the levels of individual entities，the society and thegovernment，overall vision and policy recommendation are proposed for promoting the development of social enterprises of the whole city.
