Estate management enterprises provide estate management services for community，play an important role in creating good residential environment and safeguard peace and security. But there is no sufficient experiences and legal regulations. This paper analyzed key problems of the estate management enterprise’s participation in public security work of the community. It pointed out that we must establish rules and regulations，harmonize relations，standardize management and so on，in order to further define estate management enterprises’ responsibility for community peace and security，encourage their enthusiasm，and create a legal bedrock for harmonious community，even harmonious society.
