China has made continuous efforts to legislate for the protection of rights and interests of juveniles，especially of minors，evidenced by the introduction of the Law on the Protection of Minors and other supporting laws and regulations. In terms of juvenile justice，specialized offices have been set up in procuratorial organs and the judiciary organs to deal with cases involving minors. They should further improve relevant laws and regulations to eliminate loopholes and further straighten out the juvenile justice system.
