“幼升小”直接关系义务教育的顺利进行,本报告在整理近年来北京市“幼升小”数据的基础上,首先梳理了北京市“幼升小”存在的主要问题,继而结合北京市2017年最新政策文件,进一步分析了免试就近入学、单校划片、多校划片等具体政策规定的影响,并在此基础上就改进“幼升小”政策提出可行性建议。
<<In light of accomplished study and relevant data,this paper points out the major problems concerning the “transition from kindergarten to elementary school”. Then it analyzes the specific stipulation and impact of the 2017 policy of “continuously adhering to allowing access to the nearest school without examination,and combing the practice of demarcating coverage for individual school and the expansion of demarcating joint coverage for multiple schools. On the basis of the above-mentioned efforts,proposals are made on the feasibility of refining the policy governing “transition from kindergarten to elementary school”.
