Led by the Party and the government，multiple departments work closely to improve the mechanisms for the protection of juvenile rights and interests. The Disabled Persons’ Federation has been providing great support to the rehabilitation，education，employment and social security of the disabled；in accordance with the Opinions on Comprehensively Addressing the Delayed Payment of Wages to Migrant Workers，the departments concerned have jointly explored and developed measures for addressing this issue. The Commission for the Protection of Minors under the All China Lawyers Association has been the backbone in providing the legislative，judicial and legal aid services for minors；the former Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Group of Central Committee for Comprehensive Management of Public Security Central has done a lot of work in juvenile ideological，moral and legal education，purifying the social environment for juveniles，and providing judicial protection for minors.
