在实施创新驱动发展战略、北京市建设全国科技创新中心以及全国范围内推动教育信息化等多项政策推动下,北京市中小学课堂内外的科技教育得到充分发展,建立起多元推动的机制。在课堂内,通过课程设置和升学考试的引导来提升科技课程的重要性;在课堂外,政府、科研院所、科普场馆、市场机构和社会组织在不同机制下推动科技教育的发展。同时,科技教育也面临着中小学教师的系统培训有待完善以及需要更好地把握普惠性与选拔性的平衡等问题。
<<Stimulated by the policy portfolio of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy,building Beijing as the national science and technology innovation center and promoting info-based education across China,the science and technology education inside and outside class in the elementary and middle school in Beijing has achieved full development by establishing a mechanism with plural stimulators. Inside class,greater importance is attached to science and technology course through curriculum designing and entrance examination;outside class,science and technology education is pushed forward through various mechanisms employed by government,institutes of scientific research,science and technology museums,market entities and social organizations. At the same time,science and technology education is confronted with problems such as the systematic training of elementary and middle school teachers being yet to be improved as well as the need for better handling of the balance between generalization of benefit and selection.
