对北京市不同区域、不同发展水平的几所学校小学生上课外班情况的调查研究表明,北京市小学生上课外班情况呈现明显的区域特征和家庭特征。家长对学校教育了解的有限性是小学生过多报课外班的一个重要原因。课外班是小学生学业压力的一个重要来源,“减负”只减学校教育而不涉及对课外班的引导,则难以取得实效。
<<A research on the after-school class for pupils in several elementary schools of different levels in different areas in Beijing shows that the after-school class plays an irreplaceable positive role in the comprehensive development of the participants. Pupils of different areas and different families show distinct features in their participation of the after-school classes. The parents’ limited knowledge about the school constitutes an important reason for the pupils to be enrolled in too many classes. The after-school class has become a major source of the elementary pupils’ burden. “Burden alleviation” would not achieve real effect if the alleviation efforts be targeted merely at the schools education without guidance to the after-school class.
