Upon reviewing the protection of rights and interests of special juvenile groups such as young migrant workers，left-behind children，children of rural migrant workers who live in cities with their parents and the disabled juveniles since the 18th CPC National Congress held in 2012，it is found that more and more young migrant workers can find jobs or successfully start new business in cities as a result of introduction of a whole package of supporting policies and improved social support systems，and there is a higher proportion of juveniles safeguarding their legitimate rights and interests through legal means. Integrated compulsory education has been provided to left-behind children and children of rural migrant workers who live in cities with their parents through targeted-care and aid programs，and the capacity of grass-root program organizers has been significantly improved，with activities conducted in various forms；the anti-drug and AIDS prevention education for juveniles has been strengthened，and the level of education has been greatly enhanced. The public security organs，the procuratorial organs，the people’s courts，the education departments and social organizations，among others，have jointly launched campaigns against sexual assaults and abduction，and achieved remarkable results；rehabilitation services have been provided to disabled juveniles based on big data，and efforts have been made to fully protect the rights of disabled youths to education and to provide with preferential employment and entrepreneurship policies.
