This study differentiates four distinct groups of the young people in Beijing on the bases of household register and permanent residence：young people with registered household in Beijing，those who have migrated to and obtained household register in Beijing，those who have stable residence other than registered household，and those of high mobility without registered household. From the perspectives of their life and developmental status，mobility and aspirations，analysis is conducted on their understanding and pursuit concerning the policy of synergetic advancement of Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei. Proposals are brought about to inspire the synergetic development policy.
