我国对未成年人保护已基本形成以《宪法》为根本，以《未成年人保护法》《预防未成年人犯罪法》为核心，以《民法总则》等其他法律、行政法规、地方性法规和国际条约为有益补充的未成年人保护法律体系，已初步构建起家庭、学校、政府、社会共同参与的维权机制。在现实中，青少年权益保护法律体系已基本得到落实：家庭的青少年权益保护观念增强，学校对青少年权益保护逐步规范，政府对青少年权益的保护成效显著，社会的青少年权益保护体系日渐完善。
