But，in the course of development，they face the problems of incomplete main structure and rules and regulations，funds shortage，structural imbalance，disorderly growth，etc. With the development of market economy，the shift of government functions and the construction of a harmonious society，the solution of these problems will open up a broad future for the NGOs in Beijing.
