With increasingly importance of community in urban society，community building and development will provide a new wide platform for construction of spiritual civilization in cities. This article makes a systematic research on questions of community spiritual civilization in Beijing. Firstly it analyses the situation and problems，then it puts forward “three principles”，and finally it gives us seven suggestions on further development of community spiritual civilization.
