Community democracy，community livelihood and cultivation of community social organizations are the three themes of China’s community development. With the thought of humanistic Olympics，the intension and extension of humanism are well developed in Beijing communities. The democracy level is rising，the community participation is going up and participated people are increasing；the community self-governance system is getting improved；the community democratic decision-making system goes perfect as well；and the democratic supervisory system is shaping up. With community livelihood as a starting point，community employment，community medical and health service，community culture，community security and community living environment are improved and developed well；community social organizations have made much progress in operation system，capital integration，system innovation and etc. However，the low participation rate and slow development of social organizations are still the major problems，and the ways to solve them are clarifying the conception，enhancing the consciousness and establishing the rules and regulations. As time goes by，combining the administration of social organizations in services，cultivating the organizations and promoting their growth should be definitely the trend of community and social development.
