庄雪阳的作品被作为国礼赠送多国政要，并被人民大会堂等多家机构及私人收藏，入编《中国当代最具发展潜力的中国画家考录辞典》《中国书画家大辞典》，获得2015和2017年“全球潮商最喜爱的艺术名家”称号。庄雪阳虽然年轻，但对美学的追求与探索是执着的。可能是继承家学的原因，雪阳似乎有种天生的“岭南情结”，那种“以西运中”的岭南精神在她的画作中时有闪现。从庄雪阳整个绘画的脉络来看，她是沿着工笔重彩的学术取向来延伸的，但是妙在“重彩”而不重，“工笔”而不工。在许多大尺幅的作品中，庄雪阳一直把画面颜色把握在一个很优雅的调子上，却又没有刻意的痕迹。
