2016年，受天津滨海新区自由贸易区于家堡中心商务区的邀请，鱼坞众创空间入驻大众创业、万众创新示范基地。“鱼坞”这个名称，一方面暗合了“于家堡中心商务区”的字首，另一方面也暗合了国家级“双创”基地孵化的功能。在一年多的时间里，鱼坞众创空间交出了一份让人骄傲的“答卷”：注册企业突破240家，实际入驻办公人员超过160人，积累纳税4000多万元。鱼坞快速扩张的原因何在？创始人姜一认为，于家堡自贸区的产业政策、企业服务、创新创业环境优势明显，但究其内在原因，鱼坞的IP、团队、社群是鱼坞发展的三大法宝。鱼坞的一切产品和服务都以为会员提供价值为依归，其所特有的文创基因也是众多文创企业选择在这里成长、发展的原因。
