笔者选取蓟州区小穿芳峪村作为考察对象，对这一区域的田园文化遗迹进行了深入调查，不仅挖掘到很多珍贵的历史文化遗存，也探寻到破解这一区域休闲农业发展难题的特色文化资源，对休闲农业发展路径进行了有益的探索与尝试。小穿芳峪一带园林群落遗迹和文献遗存的发现，为天津休闲农业的发展注入了新的文化内涵，引起了天津市文化产业等各界有识之士的高度关注。天津社会科学院将小穿芳峪村作为“智库实践基地”，以“挖掘优秀传统文化资源、建设现代生态文明乡村”为主题，召开了首届“小穿论坛”，40余位专家学者就活化乡村历史文献、提升休闲农业发展格局发表了见解，为乡村发展建言献策。
<<The Xiao Chuan Fang Yu village in Ji Zhou District is selected as an investigation object，aiming at the relics of the “pastoral culture” in this area，the depth investigation is made，many precious historical and cultural relics are excavated，and the characteristic cultural resources that solve the problems of the leisure agriculture development in this area are explored，it is a useful exploration and attempt for promoting the path of leisure agriculture by culture.
