Supervision over the property of civil servants is an important system for the prevention and punishment of corruption. It is also an issue of great public concern. This report，on the basis of investigations carried out by Research Group on National Condition of Rule of Law，Institute of Law，Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2010，analyzes the objects of application，the scope of property subject to supervision，the methods of supervision，supporting measures，and enforcement of the system，and puts forward proposals on the establishment and improvement of civil servant property supervision mechanism in China.
