本报告在对中国电视广告监管机制进行梳理的基础上,结合调研中发现的电视广告在播放和内容方面存在的问题,揭示和分析中国电视广告监管中的漏洞与不足,对《广告法》的修改和加强电视广告监管提出了完善意见。
