本报告对中央政府采购以及26个省、直辖市政府采购信息的公开情况进行了分析，并根据可公开获取的协议供货成交价格、中央国家机关批量集中采购的成交价格，分析了其与市场平均价格的差异。报告指出，当前政府采购的政府信息公开情况不佳，且部分商品的采购成交价格显著高于市场价格，为此应当注意加强政府采购法律制度的修改与完善。
<<This report analyzes the openness of information about government procurement for 26 provinces and municipalities directly under the Central Government and，based on available data，compares the transaction prices of supply agreements and of centralized batch procurements of state organs of the Central Government with the average market prices. The report points out that the current situation of disclosure of information about government procurement in China is not ideal and that transaction prices of government procurement of certain goods are higher than market prices. Therefore more attention should be paid on the revision and improvement of the legal system for government procurement.
