In the Internet era， people's production style， lifestyle and thinking style are closely associated with information technologies， and the new-generation information technologies represented by big data and cloud computing have emerged as an important force propelling social development and progress. Now， ithasalready become an important task and challenge for the governments at various levels to innovate social governance modes and improve the social governance capacity through “Internet+”. While paying highattentionto the role of the Internet in social governance， Shichahai Sub-district has carried out information technologies development concept of “coordination ＆ intensiveness， professional line and uniform block， and highlight feature”at the community levelby focusing onthe socialfull-response grid service management work. At the same time， it has vigorously supported and propelled the fusion between “Internet+” and local social governance， effectively integrated information resources， and expanded service channels. It has accumulated variable experience in improving the social governance capacity through “Internet+”， and made positive effects. In this report， we will survey Shichahai Sub-district's move to improve the social governance capacity through “Internet+”， learn and borrow its successful experience and measures， and summarize its problems. On this basis， we will provide some improvement suggestions for the sub-district to further improve its social governance level.
