The employment service for disabled persons is an important part of the work related to people's life， and an important factor evaluating the service capacity of the Chinese government. At the same time， the employment status of the disabled person group will directly relate to their income level and happiness in life. Now， China's reform and development have entered the transformative stage， and good employment service for disabled persons can promote the coordinated， orderly and harmonious development of the social economy. At present， China's market-oriented employment mode is becoming increasingly more mature， and the employment structurehas been changed greatly. Since 2008， the employment situation in the entire society has got increasingly severe， and the group of the disabled persons taking a vulnerable position in the society hasfaced more challenges in employment. Shichahai Sub-district has a high proportion of disabled persons， more than 10% of all disabled persons in Xicheng District disabled persons face many difficulties in employment and complex situations， which makes it hard to do the work well. To this end， the sub-district has offered differential employment services based on differential problems faced by local disabled persons to effectively solve their employment. In this report， we will review the concepts of the sub-district for offering the employment service to disabled persons， and generalize its practical experience and personalized measures. Finally， we will provide some suggestions to further improve the service.
