近年来,我国旅游业快速发展,旅游休闲活动呈现平民化发展趋势。在这一背景下,越来越多的城市旅游景区放弃传统的“门票经济”模式,转而采取开放式景区管理模式。本报告通过对国内外开放式景区管理模式的相关理论成果和案例进行研究,并借鉴和运用国外的成熟理论和标准来剖析什刹海景区的开放式景区管理模式,总结其取得的成功经验,分析其发展过程中存在的问题,并为进一步改善什刹海景区的开放管理模式,提升景区发展品质提出建议和参考。
<<Over the past years, China's tourism industry has quickly grown, and tourism and recreation activities have become more and more popular among common residents. In this context, tourism destinations in more and more cities have started changing their role, abandoned the traditional “ticket mode” and shifted to the open management mode. In this report, we will research theoretical findings and cases relating to open scenic spot management modes at home and abroad, and draw lessons frommature theories and standards of foreign countries to analyze the open management mode of Shichahai Scenic Spot, summarize its successful experience and find out problems during its development. On this basis, we will provide some suggestions for the scenic spot to further improve the open management mode and enhance the development quality.
