This report believes that the concept of open data is relatively backward，that data opening is incomplete or absent，that updating is not timely and inconvenient，and that disregard for the disclosure of historical data is a problem existing in the construction of the Guangzhou Open Data Service Platform，and through comparison of domestic and foreign cities. Based on the experience and practices in the construction of a data disclosure service platform，suggestions were made for the construction and improvement of a government data disclosure service platform in Guangzhou.
