In recent years，property management disputes in Guangzhou residential areas have occurred frequently，and property management issues have been transformed from industry management to social management. This report conducts field investigations on the current status of property management in residential areas in Guangzhou，and analyzes the causes of residential property conflicts and the supply of government policies. Problems and reasons in the supervision of government work，and so on，propose relevant suggestions such as amending relevant laws and regulations，clarifying government responsibilities，establishing the status of property companies and owners’ organizations，etc.
