the basic guiding ideology of the rule of law in Jiangsu Province during the new era is to further promote the construction of the rule of law in Jiangsu Province under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics. Combined with the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party and the experience of the rule of law in Jiangsu Province，it is necessary to start from the following four aspects. First，improve the construction and organization leading system of the rule of law in Jiangsu so as to achieve the cohesive force of the the Party committee’s Governance according to law and the leading group of the government’s administration according to law. Second，establish the thinking of system construction，realize the framework of the rule of law as a whole. The three is to highlight the “Internet+” mode，promote construction of the rule of law in Jiangsu Province by the modern information technology. The four is to realize the integration of the rule of law into the local governance.
