    江苏市场型小镇发展的现状与提升对策

    摘要

    江苏各地拥有一大批因商品交易市场的繁荣而名声大振的“市场型小镇”,其中不少小镇专业特色鲜明、交易规模大、辐射范围广、影响力大。当前,随着“特色小镇”建设热潮的掀起,此类小镇纷纷尝试向“特色小镇”转型。对照“特色小镇”的要求,“市场型小镇”的特点非常突出:产业兴旺但产业结构较为传统;市场活力旺盛但空间形态较为杂乱;公共服务水平低。因此,应从三方面提升与改善市场型小镇的环境,加快培育一批小镇转型为“特色小镇”。主要对策有:提高规划定位,优化小镇功能;着重补齐环境短板,提升景观质量;强化服务能力,建设宜居小镇。

    Abstract

    There is a significant amount of famous market-oriented towns in Jiangsu Province,many of which have clear specialties and widespread influence because of the scale of their market transactions. As the wave of building “Characteristic Towns” advancing,the market-oriented towns started to transform into this new type. Compared to the qualifications of characteristic towns,the market-oriented towns have some obvious features to be noticed:prosperous yet structurally outdated industries,flourishing but spatially disordered markets,and relatively poor public services. Therefore,to resolve these issues and thus cultivate a number of characteristic towns,the towns have to upgrade their goals and functions in the city planning,focus on improving their environments,and strengthen their public services.
