Abstract：Under the background of Big Data，content and platform construction become two key factors in enhancing the international influence of academic journals. In terms of content construction，Big Data can help academic journals to optimize planning topics，improve editing efficiency，and enhance user experience，so as to achieve a comprehensive knowledge service and wisdom publishing. In terms of platform construction，new media technologies can be used to increase the dissemination efficiency of academic journals，while existed international platforms can be adopted for cooperation and dissemination overseas. Chinese academic journals also need to improve and promote their own platform construction to lift their international influence.
