为了对中国各大城市的文化产业竞争力进行追踪评估,课题组连续六年发布中国城市创意指数(CCCI)研究报告。基于波特的钻石模型、系统论、Interbrand品牌评估法等相关理论和方法,构建了一个中国城市创意指数模型。模型的指标体系包括四个一级指标(要素推动力、需求拉动力、发展支撑力和产业影响力)、11个二级指标和28个三级指标。指标数据来源是城市统计年鉴、统计公报、区域经济年鉴、文化统计年鉴及相关政府信息等。课题组以50个中国城市作为评估对象。本报告对50个城市的总指数得分和分指数得分进行了分析,以此对比各城市的文化产业发展现状。评估结果将有利于各个城市完善文化产业政策,提升文化产业竞争力。
<<In order to understand the cultural industries competence of China cities continuously,our research group released the sixth research report of China City Creativity Index. Based on the related theories and methods including the Diamond Theory from Professor Michael Porter,the System Theory,and the brand evaluation method from Interbrand,we built the China City Creativity Index(CCCI)model. The indicator system in this model comprises four first-order indicators(element push power,demand pull power,development support power and industrial influence),eleven second-order indicators,and twenty-eight third-order indicators. The data sources include the urban statistical yearbooks,the statistical bulletins,the regional economic yearbooks,the cultural statistical yearbooks,and other related information sources from the different local governments. We employed fifty China cities as the evaluation objectives. In the report,we analyzed the total index and four sub-indices of fifty cities to compare their cultural industrial development status. The evaluation results will help city government improve the cultural industrial policy and enhance the cultural industrial competence.
