2000～2016年，全国31个省域卫生投入总量年均增长超过15%，其中28个省域总量年均增长超过20%，陕西、湖南、河南、江西、重庆处于总量增长及份额提升前5位；29个省域卫生投入人均值年均增长超过15%，其中23个省域人均值年均增长超过20%，河南、湖南、陕西、重庆、安徽处于人均值增长前5位。各省域卫生投入增长综合评价排行：无差距理想值横向测评，西藏、广西、甘肃、青海、云南为“2016年度卫生投入指数排名”前5位；自身基数值纵向测评，河南、湖南、陕西、重庆、安徽为“2000～2016年卫生投入指数提升”前5位；湖南、重庆、安徽、江西、河南为“2005～2016年卫生投入指数提升”前5位；广东、重庆、山东、湖北、福建为“2010～2016年卫生投入指数提升”前5位；辽宁、四川、广西、广东、山东为“2015～2016年卫生投入指数提升”前5位。
<<From 2000 to 2016，the total health expenditure increased with annual average of more than 15% in 31 provinces，in 28 of which by over 20%. Shaanxi，Hunan，Henan，Jiangxi and Chongqing ranked top 5 in the total growth. The per capita value of health expenditure increased with annual average of more than 15% in 29 provinces，in 23 of which by over 20%. Henan，Hunan，Shaanxi，Chongqing and Anhui ranked top 5 in the per capita value growth. The ranking of the comprehensive evaluation of the health expenditure growth across the provinces is as follows：In the lateral evaluation of ideal value without urban-rural and regional gaps，Tibet，Guangxi，Gansu，Qinghai and Yunnan ranked top five in the “2016 annual health expenditure index leaders”；In the vertical evaluation of self-base value throughout the past years，Henan，Hunan，Shaanxi，Chongqing and Anhui ranked top five in the “2000-2016 health expenditure index runners-up”；Hunan，Chongqing，Anhui，Jiangxi and Henan ranked top five in the “2005-2016 health expenditure index runners-up”；Guangdong，Chongqing，Shandong，Hubei and Fujian ranked top five in the “2010-2016 health expenditure index runners-up”；Liaoning，Sichuan，Guangxi，Guangdong and Shandong ranked top five in the “2015-2016 health expenditure index runners-up”.
