Driven by the development and popularization of mobile internet and internet of things technology，sharing economy has seen a blowout development recently. Sharing economy helps improving supply effectiveness，optimizing resource allocation，restructuring traditional industries and creating a large number of jobs. However，due to the deviation between the business practices and the initial attribute set of sharing economy，and the inconsistency between internet thinking and traditional thought on resource allocation management，the sharing economy now faces many problems.
