本文对全球新能源汽车产业竞争力进行分析,通过对政策与市场环境、汽车产业基础与新能源汽车产业配套能力、核心技术创新能力、重点新能源汽车企业的国际化能力等影响新能源汽车产业竞争力的关键因素和环节进行分析研究发现:第一,全球新能源汽车产业在整个汽车产业中所占份额仍然较小,产业生命周期仍然处于初期发展阶段,但发展迅速。新能源汽车产业规模不断扩大,全球新能源汽车相对于传统汽车的竞争能力有所提升,纯电动汽车的市场竞争力强于插电式混合动力电动车。第二,中国新能源汽车产业在政策支持能力、产业规模、市场规模和产业配套等方面具有竞争优势;美国新能源汽车产业在核心技术创新方面有显著的比较优势;挪威在新车市场占比方面表现突出。第三,美国、日本、韩国新能源汽车企业的国际竞争能力突出。第四,各国都有不同程度的新能源汽车产业支持政策,欧洲相关政策与汽车二氧化碳排放量挂钩,中国的双积分政策影响深远。
<<This chapter analyzes the global competition in new energy vehicle industry. The findings are as follows:(i)The share of the global NEV industry is still small,and the industrial life cycle is still in its infancy stage. The scale of NEV industry is expanding. The competitiveness of global NEVs relative to traditional vehicles has been enhanced. The market competitiveness of BVEs is stronger than that of PHEVs.(ii)China’s NEV industry has a competitive advantage in terms of policy support capability,industrial scale,market size and industrial facilities. The comparative advantage of the US NEV industrial in core technology innovation is remarkable. Norway’s performance in the share of new car market prominent.(iii)The international competitiveness of new energy vehicle enterprises in the United States,Japan and South Korea is obvious. Fourth,all countries have different levels of supporting policies for new energy auto industry. European policies are linked to auto carbon dioxide emissions. China’s double positive policies have far-reaching impact.
