在“全民健身”和“全域旅游”的国家战略背景下,在体育与旅游资源资产通用性的内在推力以及旅游消费结构升级的外在拉力的双重作用下,“体育+旅游”的融合发展有其内在逻辑和现实需求。现阶段国内各地多采用以赛促游型和服务聚合型两种融合模式。实践中,如何理解资源禀赋的合理规划与有效开发,如何实现体育资源与旅游资源共享,如何避免融合发展的同质化、全一化依然是亟待解决的三大难题。关注民生、扶贫富民,以“体育+”理念助力扶贫;带动区域发展,构建人与自然和谐共存、生态环保的长效新格局,是发展体育旅游、推进健康中国建设的核心要义。其实现,对制度、战略、组织、产业、市场五个层面的融合发展提出更高的要求。
<<Under the national strategy of “national fitness” and “holistic tourism”,the integration of sports and tourism could be attributed to internal factors of the universal assets and external forces from consumption structure upgrade. At present,the two types of fusion modes are widely adopted in various areas,such as the game promotion type and the service convergence type. In practice,how to understand the rational planning and effective development of resource endowments,how to realize the sharing of sports resources and tourism resources,and how to avoid the homogenization of integrated development are still three major problems to be solved. Concerning the people's livelihood,promoting the poverty alleviation with the concept of sports,stimulating regional development and building a harmonious coexistence between man and nature are the core principles for the development of sports tourism and the construction of healthy China. Its implementation puts forward higher requirements for the integration and development of system,strategy,organization,industry and market.
