Higher education is an important front for personnel training. The convening of the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges in 2017 has provided a direction for the cultivation of personnel in universities. This article analyzes the three dimensions of value of college personnel training from the perspective of value. The ideals and beliefs，morality building and socialist core values are the three dimensions of value in college talent cultivation.Strengthening ideals and beliefs is the foundation of talent cultivation in colleges ，adhering to morality building is the core of talent training in colleges，adhering to the core values of socialism is the act of training personnel in colleges.To promote the development of colleges，it needs to put the three value dimensions of university talent cultivation into effect.
