In order to improve the service quality and management level of the student apartment，make sure that the service and management work of the student apartment will guarantee the work of the school's teaching center，full play the education function of the apartment，make the work become informationized，systematized and refined，the apartment management division of Chang Chun University of Finance and Economics has researched and developed “Student Apartment Management System” within the past four years. It has designed，tested，debug and improved the system in practice. Now the “Apartment Management System” has been developed to match the daily management concepts，patterns and methods of student apartments. And it is suitable for the “X Fruit” software used in teaching education. The system can be connected to WeChat public platform，making WeChat the client of the apartment management system. The system has many features such as it has an advanced design concept，simple technology，less investment； it is tailored，practical and safe. It has universal representativeness and reproducibility and is easy to be followed and promoted. This paper focuses on the practical application of WeChat platform and “Student Apartment Management System” in daily apartment management in Chang Chun University of Finance and Economics，which involves the student apartments management concept，management mode，methods，specific instances and so on，technology and hardware problems are less concerned. It is hoped that this paper could provide a helpful reference for the daily management of college students' apartments.
