党的十九大报告提出要提供全方位公共就业服务,促进高校毕业生等青年群体多渠道就业创业。目前,基层需要更多高校毕业生投身到经济、社会发展中去,对高精尖人才的需求量较大,但大多数高校毕业生对基层就业并不感兴趣。基于推拉理论场域下的高校毕业生与基层之间这种供求失衡的就业状况,分析高校毕业生基层就业意愿和发展现状,重点研究高校精准就业理念和措施,增加高校毕业生基层就业的积极因素(拉力),减少基层就业的消极因素(推力)。在“振兴东北老工业基地”和“大众创业、万众创新”的国家战略的背景下,促进更多高校毕业生等青年群体献身基层、服务基层、贡献基层,为创建和谐美丽基层做贡献。
