With the development of the internet，new media has become a new field of ideological and political education in universities. Social platform represented by Wechat and Microblog has sounded the horn of “Micro Era”，which brings new challenges and opportunities to the Party construction in universities. This article mainly introduce the characteristics and challenges of Party construction of undergraduates under the “Micro Era” ，and explores the way to innovate the Party construction in universities relying on new media.
