Since the eighteen years of the party，the Communist Party of China has carried out the strategic layout of comprehensively and strictly administering the party and running the country according to law. In the central inspection teams for the grass-roots party organization and inspection work，found that grassroots organizations are weak and lax problems in Colleges and universities，feedback inspection teams，the party certification revealing problems，check their own reasons. And pointed out that strictly regulate the grass-roots party organization life，enhance the party spirit，always can't forget the advanced nature of the Communist Party members，to be a qualified party member. This paper discusses the concrete manifestation and the reason of the weakness of the basic level party organization in Colleges and universities，and the corresponding rectification measures.
