Supply chain finance is a financial service method based on industry supply chain management to provide financing for enterprises in the chain. It emphasizes building a credit risk control system that integrates information flow，capital flow，business flow，and logistics，and can effectively solve SME financing difficulties. The supply chain finance in Henan Province started relatively late and is still in the stage of exploration and development. There are still many problems in the financial model，credit evaluation system and policy system. Based on the development status of SMEs in Henan Province，this paper analyzes the problems in the development of supply chain finance and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
