The promotion and application of PPP model will help to give full play to the decisive role of the market in resource allocation，promote the improvement of national governance ability and the innovation of financial management mode，and realize the improvement of the quality and efficiency of public goods and public service supply. Since 2014，the application of PPP has achieved great effectiveness in Henan province for the last three years. However，there are still some problems such as lack of ideological understanding，uneven work progress，difficulty in project landing，project planning and operation level，and risk awareness. It is necessary for Henan province to further deepen the reform of the PPP，innovate work initiatives，improve the promotion mechanismandenhancethe PPP scientific，standardized and intensification level in order to promote the PPP work of our province to reach a new stage.
