本文以创新驱动背景下河南科技金融业为视角，分析科技金融对河南经济发展的重要意义，在此基础上对河南当前科技金融的发展现状和存在的问题进行客观分析。本文认为，当前融资渠道相对较窄、中介组织尚不完善、科技投资与需求不匹配等因素制约河南科技金融发展的进程，进而提出河南科技金融发展的重点领域，并从壮大科技创业投资、设立河南省科技投资平台、创新科技信贷产品和服务、搭建科技金融服务体系、开展科技金融试点工作等角度提出促进河南科技金融健康发展的对策建议，为相关部门制定决策提供科学有效的借鉴和参考。
<<In this study，we take the Tech-finance of Henan province as a perspective，and analyze the strategic significance of Tech-finance for upgrading Henan economy，based on this analysis，we analyze the current situation and the restricting factors in the process of Tech-finance of Henan province. The financing channels are relatively narrow，the intermediary organizations are not perfect，and the investment in science and technology does not match the demand. Then，we give the basic ideas and path selection of Tech-finance in Henan province，and some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of Tech-finance in Henan province.
