Over the years，Henan branch of China Development Bank，earnestly implemented a series of major policy decisions of Central government and provincial Party committee and provincial government，and using the development finance concept，to provide intellectual support，to open up the financing bottleneck，to service the province’s poverty alleviation，which plays an important role in the construction and development services in poor areas to help poor people out of poverty.
