Zhongyuan Bank is the only provincial corporate bank in the Henan Province. It was established on Dec.23，2014. After two years’ efforts，the Zhongyuan bank has realized the steady and strong development. This article makes a comprehensive，objective and systematic summary and analysis on the development of Zhongyuan Bank in 2016. This analysis is based on the perspectives of business situation，the financial service ability，risk management，strategy and social responsibility. Combined with economic and financial situation at home and abroad，this article offers some suggestions aiming at realizing the voyage plan of listing in Hong Kong and the leaping development in 2017 for Zhongyuan Bank.
