Children are part of the community population. The community is one of the core environments for children's life and study. The growth of children and education in the community are an important part of their social life and socialization. The community has the responsibility and conditions to construct the children's service system，and give full play to its resource advantages to expand the space for children's life and learning. But now the construction work of this service system is still in its infancy，children in the community service especially the relative lack of public service support capability，the contradiction between“supply and demand”is more prominent，elements of security ability is weak，the community service system of urban and rural residents on children's needs are more urgent. Based on the combing and investigation of the construction of children's service system in Sichuan's urban and rural communities，this paper summarizes the current situation of the development of children's service system in Sichuan's urban and rural communities，analyzes the influencing factors of construction and operation，and puts forward relevant ideas and countermeasures.
