Similarly，the development of the community can not be separated from the residents living here and the community workers cultivated here. Affected by many factors，the team of community workers in China is still in the process of construction，this paper from the two aspects of research and practice，to further clarify the connotation of community workers and development context，to tease out the empirical material for the file，and the lack of Sichuan province social worker team construction situation，we need to do a good job in the community grass-roots party lead the work team of community workers and personnel training and other aspects of the full work.
