根据完善国家治理体系、提升国家治理能力现代化的要求和《关于推进社区公共服务综合信息平台建设的指导意见》(民政部〔2013〕170号),基于四川省情,四川省部署了社区公共服务信息化建设试点工作,试点成效明显。实践表明,社区公共服务综合信息平台对于为居民提供便捷高效服务、推进跨部门业务协同和共享服务信息资源等具有重要的现实意义。针对四川社区公共服务信息化建设出现的五大方面的问题,本研究提出了七方面的参考建议。
